Standard shipping is complimentary for orders exceeding $500.

Each Vampiresm creation arrives in our signature packaging sequence:

- Protection: Custom-fitted shock-absorbing materials to ensure perfect condition
- Presentation: Signature leather box with subtle gold embossing
- Experience: Hand-signed certificate of authenticity and personalized care instructions
For gifts, we offer specialized presentation options including custom message cards, alternative packaging, and delivery timing coordination. These services can be selected during checkout or arranged through our client concierge.
International Orders
We ship to most global destinations, with the exception of countries where import restrictions would affect our products. International shipments include:

Returns & Exchanges
Return Policy
We accept returns of unused items in their original condition and packaging within 14 days of receipt. Due to the intimate nature of our products, this policy applies only to items where hygiene is not a concern.
To initiate a return:

- Receive pre-paid return shipping label and return authorization
- Package the item securely in its original packaging
- Affix the provided shipping label and return via the designated carrier
Once received and inspected, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5 business days.
Exchanges
Size exchanges for applicable items are processed promptly with complimentary return shipping. To request an exchange:
- Contact our client concierge with your order number and exchange requirements
- Receive pre-paid exchange shipping label
- Return the original item as directed
- Your exchange item will be dispatched upon receipt of the original
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Custom or bespoke creations
- Items specified as final sale
- Products where hygiene could be a concern
- Items showing signs of use or wear
- Items without original packaging and documentation
Damaged or Defective Items
In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our client concierge immediately with photographs of the issue. We will arrange prompt replacement with expedited shipping at our expense.
